In addition if you are a returning customer we keep a file with your sizing in different brands that you have purchased from us. This makes it super easy to help you navigate the right size!
Tree at the Pharm LLC. will happily accept returns of unwashed, unworn, unused, or defective clothing, with original tags attached, when accompanied by an original Twisted Tree sales receipt. Return shipping costs are not included and are the responsibility of the purchaser.
Swimwear, sports bra's, undergarments, jewelry and Sale items are all final sale items.
Store credit will be issued for items returned with a receipt within 14 days from the date of purchase. No returns will be accepted after 14 days. The price of shipping will not be refunded.
Gift Cards are not redeemable for cash.
